The inner thigh muscles need some workout, too. This is because you have to strengthen the muscles in that area so it can help you maintain your balance. Further, it helps you shape your legs. The first thing you need to do is lie on your yoga mat with your knees bent. Keep your muscles in your abdomen tight. Breathe through your rib cage and raise your right leg up. Flex your right foot and turn your knee outward from your hip. Make sure your knees are not bent.

Bring your leg towards the floor without touching the floor, and maintain that straight leg. Kick up and then bring it again down to the floor. Do it for a couple of times.

Do the same thing to your left leg and foot.

Other Yoga Exercises For Your Inner Thighs

While you are still lying down, move your legs towards your side and angle yourself like you are a letter “L.” Raise one of your legs and keep it straight. Kick your leg up and down. Do the same to your other leg.
