You know what feels good … breathing through your nose after so many months 😃thanks for this video

The first thing you can do is to focus on your breath. Breathe through the nose while doing this. You can also pinch the bridge of your nose when it is a bit stuffy. Keep that pressure on the bridge of your nose for about ten to fifteen seconds.

Apply pressure, too, below your eyebrows and near the top of your nose.

The Other Ways To Relieve Yourself From Colds, Sinusitis

Massage one of your sinus cavities. That is located above your eyebrows. From there, go to the sides of your head or the temples of your head. Create small circles while doing this.

The last pressure point you can massage is the ones near your nose and before your cheeks. Those are other sinus cavities and while you put some pressure in there, start breathing in and out.

Repeat the same process with these above-mentioned pressure points for two to three times or as much as you want until you experience relief.

The last thing you can do is lie down and have your legs up on the wall. If you want more relaxation, put some pillow on your bottoms while doing this position. Allow yourself to be in that position for three to five minutes.

Just a reminder, whenever you have colds or you are suffering from sinusitis, make sure to rest properly so your body can relax and get that much-needed rest. If symptoms continue to persist, seek the advice of a medical professional.

What’s better than a good cold? How about a good cold that gets better in a week? Or maybe a good cold that makes you sick for a whole month.

If you suffer from sinusitis or colds regularly, yoga can help. Yoga can actually help your sinuses and your body clear itself naturally. In fact, yoga has been proven to be effective in treating sinus infections. Here’s why.

Yoga works because it changes your lifestyle. When you practice yoga, you can learn how to relax more, and even learn to meditate. Yoga also teaches you to breathe better.

One of the most common problems with sinus infections is a bad cough. And what causes coughing? A cold.

So the first step to curing a cold is to stop coughing. There are lots of ways to do this. The most common is to use a humidifier. Humidifiers work by putting moisture inside your home, and then letting the air dry. This will make your lungs feel more comfortable, which is the first step in stopping a cold.

In addition to using a humidifier, there are other things you can do. For example, you can drink hot tea or hot water. Both of these things will make your throat feel warm, which will help to loosen the mucus.

But there are even easier ways to treat a cold. The best way to cure a cold is with rest and soft yoga exercises. If you take a day off of work, then you will naturally heal up faster.

While it may be hard to stay home for days at a time, there are things you can do to prevent your cold from getting worse. The best thing you can do is to stay away from the things that are making your cold worse.
