Thank u Very as I was doing in every morning my memory is increasing

The seven poses included in this video are the Lotus pose, the Diamond pose, the Sitting Half Spinal Twist pose, the Seated Forward Bend pose, the Plow pose, the Big Toe pose, and the Tree pose.

For the Lotus pose, it is considered as the epitome of purity, detachment, and enlightenment. You sit in a way that your legs are folded. It is a meditative pose that helps fetch maximum benefits if performed in the morning. Hold this pose for at least one to five minutes when practicing it.

Next is the Diamond pose. Here, you begin with the kneeling position and then bring your hips down and let your tailbone sit on your feet. The Diamond pose is accompanied by breathing exercises. Because you have to focus on breathing, this will allow you to devote your full attention to your breath. This then allows your brain to concentrate on one subject at a time without being distracted.

The Other Yoga Poses For Brain Power

The next yoga pose for increasing brain power is the Seated Forward Bend pose. This yoga pose helps increase concentration, calms your mind, and improves your memory.

The fourth yoga pose you can try is the Sitting Half Spinal Twist pose. Check out the video to know how to do this pose and get the maximum benefits from it!

The fifth yoga pose is the Plow pose. Here, you lie down on your back and keep your arms on either side of your body with palms facing down. Lift your legs at a 90-degree angle then support your hips with your hands. Lift them off the ground and then take your feet over your head at a 180-degree angle. Make your toes touch the floor while doing this.

Check out the video for the last two yoga poses, which are the Big Toe pose and the Tree pose, to help increase your brain power!

How to Increase Brain Power Beside Yoga?

One of the best ways to improve brain power is to learn new things and to have a wide variety of experiences. This will help to stimulate the brain and change the areas where you are weak. The brain is like a muscle, and it needs to be exercised on a regular basis.

To increase brain power, you don’t need to be rich and famous – all you need is some time and dedication. Exercise is an essential part of brain power, and it helps to improve memory and concentration while promoting new brain cell growth.

It also improves connections between neurons and improves mental focus. There are many ways to exercise your brain – you can play an instrument or learn a new language, solve puzzles, or even walk near a tree for a few minutes every day.

The brain uses adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to produce energy. ATP is produced in the mitochondria of each cell and is sent throughout the body, supplying fuel for all bodily functions. However, our brain consumes a lot of energy, and overusing it can deplete our energy bank fairly quickly.

During the day, we spend a huge amount of time making decisions, and this can burn us out. Eating foods high in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants will help maintain brain power.

Eating these foods will help protect the brain against the toxins that are found in our environment. They also help our brains produce more neurotrophic factor, which encourages brain cell growth, communication, and survival.
