  1. Begin in downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) with your hands and feet firmly planted on the ground.
  2. Inhale and lift your right leg up towards the ceiling, keeping your hips square and your left leg straight.
  3. Exhale and shift your weight onto your left hand, bringing your right hand to the ground beside your right foot.
  4. Inhale and lift your right hand off the ground, reaching it towards the ceiling and opening your chest towards the sky.
  5. Exhale and lift your left leg off the ground, straightening it behind you as you arch your back and lift your head and chest towards the sky.
  6. Hold the pose for a few deep breaths, then slowly lower your left leg and return to downward-facing dog.
  7. Repeat on the other side.
